Hi, I’m Ali!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Fresno, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I provide individual therapy to adults (ages 18+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. I also provide couples therapy for those seeking assistance with relational or attachment based issues. I love my job because I get to support individuals in learning to live a more genuine and fulfilling life while also helping couples have more satisfying relationships with one another. I truly believe that nothing else could be this rewarding!

Life can be hectic, and sometimes getting to an office just isn’t possible. Teletherapy makes it easier to prioritize your mental health without adding extra stress. Teletherapy allows you to meet with your therapist virtually—through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform—from the comfort and privacy of your own home. It offers the same level of care and confidentiality as in-person sessions, making therapy more convenient and accessible. Many clients find teletherapy helpful for maintaining consistency in treatment, especially if they have busy schedules or mobility challenges.
